Meet Our case Management Staff

Shonda Russell is the case management supervisor.  Shonda provided case management services for over 15 years before becoming a supervisor.  She is also a certified brain injury specialist.  

Debra Rogers is a Case Manager II who has worked with the agency for over 15 years.  She currently provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, related disabilities, and autism.

Alexis Bates is a part time case manager who worked full time as case manager but decided to continue part time because she loved her individuals and the job so much! 

Frances Brown-Taylor is a Lead Case Manager who has worked with the agency for over 2 years.  She currently provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, related disabilities, autism, head injuries and spinal cord injuries.   

Tina Evans is a Lead Case Manager

 who has worked with the agency for over 2 years.  She currently provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, related disabilities, autism, head injuries and spinal cord injuries.    

Ampavia Archer  is a Case Manager II who has worked with the agency for over 2 years.  She currently provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, related disabilities, and autism.   

Jada Jones is a Case Manager I who has worked with the agency for over 2 years.  She currently provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, related disabilities, and autism.    

Nachelle Sweat is a Case Manager I who has worked with the agency for over a year.  She currently provides services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, related disabilities, and autism.    Nachelle has previous case management experience as well within the community. 

Kayla Adams isa case manager who has experience working with special needs within the school system and within the medical system.  She brings a wealth of knowledge to our agency.  

Michelle has worked with children within the school system and provided case management to many individuals.  She is always eager to work and learn new things.
